(2 products)Deburring is the action required to remove unwanted burrs or raised edges, from a material. These edges have usually been caused by a modification, and often caused when drilling. These raised edges can cause problems if they are not dealt with, as burrs will cause weakness and more stress at the edges of holes, which shortens the life of the fastening on the material.
