Yale 6-Pin Euro Cylinder Thumbturn Lock 35-35 (70mm) Polished Brass
Worth the extra money
There are two reasons why I purchased the lock. The main reason was for safety, so we could leave the house very fast in an emergency, as the original version you needed a key to open the door and you know the issue with keys, you can't find them when you need them, never mind in an emergency!
The second reason, the original replacement was the cheaper version offered by Screwfix, which does not have the same key locking/opening action, plus it failed after a couple of years.
The key operation in the Yale is very positive, plus it has built in safety options from break in etc. The whole feel and look of the lock is better.
This type of lock can be fitted in less than a couple of minutes with just a screwdriver, by anyone! Just undo the holding screw in the edge of the door, turn the lock a few degrees to align the latch and it pulls out and then fit the new lock! The easiest DIY job other then changing a light bulb!

Does not disappoint!
Once again, a product from Screwfix that does what it says on the packet!
Slight problem getting the old cylinder out (sorted by using the "knackered screw remover" kit elsewhere in the Screwfix catalogue), but once that was done the new one dropped in straight away.
Haven't tested all the features (anti-pick, anti-drill etc), the neighbourhood isn't *that* bad!

Yale KM Series Euro Thumbturn
I chose this make for my front door as I feel secure in the knowledge that Yale is very well known manufacturer. I like the idea that having the thumblock means I don't have to use my keys to lock and unlock the door from the inside which I think is a very good feature, in the event of a mishap I know that my family can escape quickly without searching for a key.
