I have been thinking about buying a telescopic ladder for a while for my work I needed to get a ladder to the back of a property to repair there guttering and could not fit my normal ladders through so I bit the bullet and brought this one and it done the job really well it was easy to put up and take down and it doesn't take up loads of room in my van it's definitely worth its money

I'm a surveyor and I used this ladder maybe once a week for survey access perfectly 6 months it was brilliant and then! Unfortunately the little release buttons easily get nocked of then you can not retract if fully. Also the slightest bit of grime and the sections jam up. Within the year when I could hardly fit it in my car any longer as so many section buttons had been nocked off meaning it would not collapse. My carpenter then used it to mend a window at my home he's only 11.5 stone and the thing snapped on him left him on the floor. luckily he landed on grass still had twisted ankle and limped for a week. Unfortunately then for me it was left by the skip by my rather annoyed carpenter at the front of the house so was taken for scrap by local scoundrels. so i had no evidence to complain when I wrote into the manufacturers. Basically within 18 months light use ladder totally wrecked along with my carpenters ankle and then nicked! Never heard back from the manufacturer when I wrote in to warn about the ladder snapping either and as it was nicked could not get a replacement short happy relationship then rather bitter!

Purchased this for use at school - needed versatility, usable at all different heights, easy to carry round a busy site, strong and durable.
This ticks every box and then some - highly reccommended

Great and handy but very 'bendy' when you get up them. Ideal for diy but not for site
