Was reasonably happy with the unit, some problems with having to change bell-push battery early on and the need for good long push on button to get chime.
But now at 14 months it has gone wrong.
Plug-in sender is making clicking noise like a water drip (Chinese Water Torture) and brief flash but no noise when button pushed.
Just made it past the guarantee.

Arrived within a couple of days even with a Bank Holiday in the mix!! Installed without any problems and so far working well. Really like the flashing light as my hearing is not as good as it used to be!!! Default volume setting is ok for me, but might be a bit load for some, but a simple adjustment. Chimes a bit of a problem for me as I have a mantel clock which sounds very similar to the door bell, but found 2 that work great!!!

Very quick and easy to install.
Press button does have a flaw that light will illuminate when pushed softly but doesn't transmit. ALSO not supplied batteries for portable chime you need 3x AA.
Like the flashing light feature for hard of hearing.

OK, the range is adequate, though 100m is probably uninterrupted range as in our house it struggled beyond 30m, BUT and this is a BIG BUT - depending on how somebody pushes the bell button you may or may not get a chime. We have had at least 3 instances in the 1st week of installation where we nearly missed the person ringing the door bell.
Essentially you have to press firmly for a slow count of two to ensure the bell push sends the signal. So as long as you do not mind generating a sign to tell people how to push the bell in a particular way - go for it - otherwise - look around for another alternative - WE ARE!
