As others have stated, the product is flawed..once the backplate is fitted to a wall/door frame, the outer casing doesn't clip onto it securely..I had to use an adhesive to fix it in place..not ideal !
Considering the number of negative comments made, Byron ought to take them on board and improve its design....
It's a shame because it looks nice, wiring is easy and it works well,(once glued!)

Like the other reviews, the housing for the bell does not fit the face snuggly enough - it simply wobbles when in situ. It needs a nice line of sealant around the rim and taping down while it sets. Apart from that, it's a nice bell, ding-dong.

Not good at all.....no screws or clips to clip it together...bought 2 of these, 1 for back and 1 for front but as the saying does go...you get what you pay for, not at all practical-just cheap but not cheerful...AVOID - On the plus side the ringer does light and it does fit into other casings.

Bought two of these to replace a pair that had been installed for a few years.
The old ones did at least clip together but the new ones fall apart as soon as you take them out of the packet. Am going to have to use silicone sealant to stick the top on.
The plastic clips that hold the button in break really easily..
After a few years the button sticks, if you are out the bell will ring for hours and burn out.
I thought Byron was a quality make, this appears to be no longer the case.
