Wera Ringmagnet Rapidaptor
Made of metal.
Takes any bit.
Screws stick to it like one of those elctro magnets in the steel works.
Will make your cordless look cool.
Good for screwing drywall screw in to a ceiling if your fat like me (works for slim people aswell).
Use with a good quality bit not the rubbish ones from pound land.
Use a different bit holder if you need to sink the screw deeper in to your wood.

I bought for use with a Makita cordless for power driving and the bit that came with my Makita was ok but I found the actual screwdriver bit would fall out quite often as the fit wasn't particularly snug.
This device not only solves the above problem but is also magnetic so holds the screws in place for you. You need to be careful and it takes a little practice of not applying too much pressure but you can screw one handed which was perfect for me as the other hand was needed to keep a bit of timber aligned and in place.
Someone else left a review saying it was difficult to get the bit out of the device but I can't agree with that you just pull the sides back and the bit is exposed to lift... can't be any simplier. Also someone else said they couldn't countersink their screws enough... perhaps they are using different screws but I had no problem countersinking very deeply if a little too deep (my fault) into several bits of 2x1.5.
Only gripe it is somewhat over priced for what it is and would be better placed at a tenner.
But still would recommend it if you have a lot of screwing to do and even more so if you need one handed screwing.

As gadgets go this is ok nothing to shout wow at, but it did what it says.Held a single 3" screw no problems so one handed drilling was fine and quick. Magent strong enough to wave the drill about and the screw not to fall off too.
it comes in a plain plastic bag, sound alright but no instructions so you think your a bit of a tit when you have to ask how to actually remove the bit you've just put in it. Hold either end with fingers and pull in oppisit directions 2 clicks and the magent is away from the bit and it simple pulls out. I think i will have just saved you 10 minutes of trying to figure it out. Dont do the above and the grip and magent will not release the bit.

Wore through two of these in two days. Works really well holding screws strongly when new but wears out after a couple of hundred screws. The flat end has a thin chrome covering that breaks up and makes the screws unstable when lined up for driving rendering the holder useless. Design flaw that could easily have been fixed if tested thoroughly. Don't waste your money.
