Wall-Mounted Enclosed Reel & Hose 15m
Maybe just mine but this item is a real stress machine! will not stop out and when it does takes ages to get to reel in. the description given implies that the hose will wind-in level. Mine always gathers in one spot and then jams leaving a good length of hose out. takes a good 4-5 goes (and more) and squatting, squinting into the reel to get anywhere near to reeling all the way in. would have gone for a manual rewind if I had known.

Wall Mounted Hose Reel
Very disapointed this is a mini version of a unit we already have, the hose bore is small hence my 2 sprinklers I once ran now dont, 15m is a very small anount of hose, feels light weight and quality of the hose feels cheap and plastic

Superb value, sturdy build and 15m is a good enough length for most jobs.
On mine the hose does lock when pulled out, you just have to give a fast sharp tug on the hose to activate the lock. Another gentle tug releases it.
It can be a little tricky when the hose is out to a long length as obviously it becomes quite elastic so can take a bit of a nack to get it to lock - the hose absorbs some of your sharp tug before it reached the reel. Give it some oomph!
I have not had much problem with it reeling back in, the spring is weakest near the final length - again the nack is to let it reel in with some pace as the momentum assists the spring keep it going to the end.
I especially like that this reel is not too ungainly and big, it look tidy on the wall compared to the freestanding reel I had lying around before.
It comes with a good length of hose to attach to the tap with fittings (I shortened mine to look tidier) and a free spray attachment.
The hinge pin tube includes a fitting to park the supply hose end for neatness when not in use. The hose and reel can be taken down in seconds for freestanding use or to put away during winter.

Very Pleased... Small Issues
So I have only bought this in the last 24hrs, so my use of it has been short however it is a hose...
Attaching the hose to the wall is fairly straight-forward.
I agree with one of the other reviews that the reel does not automatically move across the reel when recoiling so it can jam near the end. However it is seriously not that much of an issue. Just pull it back out and readjust it over to the other side.
The other slight issue is there is no hose gun holder so it just dangles there and for me I need a hose holder...
These are just minor problems and what you get for your money is great....
