Rated 2 out of 5 by poor build quality look great, but that's about it. bought enough to do the whole house, silly me. fitted 2 in the dining room and on both handles 1 of the screw heads broke leaving half a screw in the door with no head. Both handles are stiff to operate, don't spring back to position properly and generally just don't feel natural. pity as they look really nice and would be great value if they worked. 15 Apr 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Very pleased with my purchase I have bought all these handles for the downstairs they look really classy so going to change the upstairs ones to the same ones so that's buying another 3 of which I don't mind because the price is good would recommend to anyone wanting to change their handles 7 Apr 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the best door handles! I bought 2 of these as they seemed to have recent good reviews and they were a great price. Just had new doors fitted on my Bathroom and toilet, however I wish now I had paid a bit more for the handles. Not sure about how easy they were or were not to fit as I had my bathroom fitter to do them as part of the job but he handed one of them back to me to return to Screwfix as the handle went down and wouldn't release back up at all, so was faulty. The one that he did fit is really stiff but hoping a bit of WD40 may do the trick, as advised by another reviewer. They do look nice though so can't fault that aspect. I guess I should have read a few more of the reviews as other people do seem to have had issues with these being faulty handles so a bit hit and miss. 11 Dec 2015

Answer:
Hi Caitlin, These handles are normally used with a "Standard Tubular Latch". The more common size is 2 1/2" (64mm). If you need to set the handle further away from the door jamb, then use a 3" (76mm) one. I hope this information is of help to you.

Hi Ian, This consists of a pair of handles, a follower bar / spindle and fixing screws. You would need to buy the latch separately. I hope this information is of help to you.
