LAP Pyro Pro Symmetric PIR Sensor Floodlight Graphite 230V 120W 2500Lm
LAP Pyro Pro PIR Light
I found this light to be solid and very well made. It is also very stylish and modern looking compared to the usual type of security lights on the market.
My one and only complaint is that the only cable entry is at the back. This is fine if you're feeding it through the wall but how many people actually do that? It would be good if there was another cable entry on the underside, preferably in the form of a small cable gland. I solved this problem by mounting the bracket over a spot where two bricks meet and feeding the cable along the cement 'groove' between the bricks. I had to remove some of the cement in this groove to accommodate the cable.

Very solid well made lamp.
Good construction and pleasing design and finish.
Bought one for front entrance, but too bright.
Fitting one to back garden.
Only concern is that on the bulb reflector it says MAX 150W whereas on the label it says MAX 120W
I phoned screw fix who state the max is 120W but will email the suppliers, as this could be confusing and cause too large a bulb to be fitted.

Bright as you like
I bought this unit to replace a higher rated unit that had stopped working after a number of years. I had always felt the previous unit was unnecessarily bright and usually lit up best part of the street when activated.
This unit was very east to install and was hassle free to set up. The illumination is ideal for a medium sized rear garden.
Would definitely recommend this product.

How do you open front panel
I have 2 of these and they look good and work great.
However, the bulb has blown on one of them and I've removed the screw from the front/top to find that the front glass face will not release to drop open allowing me to access the bulb !!!
What am I missing here!!
Has any one else had this problem?
