Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coach Screw I bought these to fix some sleepers in the garden, I have used other fixings in the past. These are much better, after drilling a small countersink hole the coach screw went straight in, I used a 13mm socket with a 1/4 inch drive and an 18 volt drill. No problem, the last time I did this I had to resort to a hand ratchet with 1/2 inch drive. These went in without any problem. Only slight niggle I wish I didn't have to buy a box of 50.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing decking screws As mentioned earlier this screw type is "the dogs bits". Was using green 100mm x 5 screws and as with all green pozi head screws the heads kept chewing up. Not with these mean boys, I kept adjusting some of my work multiple times and these screws stayed fresh and solid. Had to get a cordless impact drill due to poor Makita hammer drill making smoke with these screws. Very good grip in wood and had to counter sink some parts for head to be flush but well worth the occasional preparation to get a solid reliable result. It would be good to get boxes with larger quantities or multi-buy offers. Find myself going through hundreds of these screws.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toss out your cross heads Wished Id have used these years ago. Will never bother with normal screws again. Seriously these are the dogs. No more smashed screwbits, no more issues taking screws out. Electric screwdriver with a socket adapter and you wont look back. Love them Wish they were a bit cheaper but they are great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product Great quality & value and they also drive into hard wood (even oak) very easily. Easier to use than nails with only a slight cost increase.

What size head

What size is the hex head on these, do the packs come with the correct one included.

Hello Smudge17, The hex head on the top measures 8mm. There is no driver included so you will need to get one, for example - http://www.screwfix.com/p/erbauer-impact-hex-nut-driver-8mm/5169d. Thank you for using Q and A, EC.
