Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great budget shower. A basic shower that is easy to install and operate. Have been using for several months with no problems after replacing a much more expensive shower that failed. Recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Triton Enrich 9.5 kw shower Having had a triton shower that i fitted ten years ago go beyond economic repair i went for another Triton, Screwfix were by far the cheapest and had the products in stock. It was a bit of a fiddle to fit ( the water inlet was straight down as opposed to horizontal and the electrics were on the left not the right) but nothing to write home about is up and running now havent had time to check reliability so 4 stars but if it last 10 years like the last ( a Jade2) then happy days :-)

cable

wot electric cable do I need to wire it in
Asked by: barber2402
Thank you for your recent enquiry. Generally for a 9.5kw rated shower taking into account a typical domestic installation we would be looking at 10mm cable. Various site conditions can however affect this and so if in any doubt a qualified Electrician would need to be consulted. Regards, Karl.

I have a aqualisa electric shower would this be a easy replacement

Asked by: Hambo40
Thank you for your recent enquiry. I am not too familiar with Aqualisa products as these are not manufactured by ourselves. The Enrich unit will have the water connection in the bottom right hand corner and the terminal block will be on the left hand side about half way down the unit. You could maybe check this against the existing product. care also is required in choosing the kw rating in order to ensure that the cable size and circuit protection is correct for the loading concerned. If upgrading then Part p Building Regs will need to be adhered to. I hope that this information is of help. Regards, Karl (TRITON SHOWERS).

I have a triton enlight electric shower will this fit in it's place

Asked by: Qazmko
Thank you for your recent enquiry. The units do not share the same back plate so whilst the Enrich could be used some changes to the installation would be required. Location of the Terminal Block will differ as well as the orientation of the water connection. Care in selection of the kw rating will also be important to ensure that the cable size and circuit protection are correct for the loading concerned. Any upgrade will require Part P Building Regs to be adhered to. Best Regards, Karl.

ive just installed this shower and am finding that it is very sensitive on the flow dial , if im not careful it will either scald me or freeze me any ideas?

Asked by: brian101068
Thank you for your recent enquiry, Generally with the symptoms that you have presented we would be looking at one or a combination of the following : Shower temperature set too high. Shower head blocked Hose blocked, twisted or kinked Inlet filter blocked General restriction of water flow to unit - isolation valves to unit not fully open etc Internal build up of scale /debris within unit. Water press Areas as listed above could be checked for any obstruction where possible and the unit could be flushed through on a cold setting with out the shower head in place. This will allow the full flow of water to be flushed through the unit and hose and hopefully flush through any loose debris. If necessary replacement parts can be ordered through our Spares Dept (Tel : 02476 378495 or via our Web Site). Alternatively arrangements could be made for one of our Service Engineer's to visit if you would prefer this course of action. I hope that this information is of help. Regards, Karl.
