Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent replacement I bought this to replace an existing Triton shower about 8 years old. Perfect to exchange as all the pipework, cables and screws were in exactly the same place. took about 30 mins. It belts out loads of hot water. great purchase at a great price. 3 Feb 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy to install A nice, cheap shower, quick and simple to install. 25 Dec 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Value for Money Shower Great value price for a powerful easy to install and use shower. Well thought out access housing allows easy connection for both water and electrics. Good performance and flow when in use. Would definitely recommend. Relatively experienced jack of all trade's DIY'er but very simple to install and fix. 25 Nov 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Triton Shower The Triton Shower which was the original, had been in use for 24 years. I had replaced the diaphragm about 20 years ago and it worked no problem. Recently we had some plumbing work done, and when the water was turned off and then on, the surge blew the diaphragm. We decided to purchase a new shower, and Triton was the obvious choice. No bells and whistles and does exactly what is should with no confusion. 21 Nov 2015

Answer:
Thank you for your recent enquiry.

I am sorry to read of difficulties as detailed.

Although it is difficult to diagnose the cause of the problem accurately without full inspection of your unit based on the information available to us I would suggest that we are looking at one or a combination of the following areas :

Shower temperature set too high.
Shower head blocked
Hose blocked, twisted or kinked
Inlet filter blocked
General restriction of water flow to unit - isolation valves to unit not fully open etc

In summary we are generally looking at insufficient water flow through, to or out of the unit. It is important tha for a 10.5kw rated shower unit we have the minimum running pressure of 1.5bar @ a min flow rate of 11 ltres per min.

I hope that ths information is of help

Answer:
Thank you for your recent enquiry. The Mira Sport product is not a unit that we have manufactured so it is not a unit that I am too familiar with . Initial internet enquiries would indicate that the inlet for water is on the opposite side of the unit, the terminal block will be higher on the left hand side as viewed from the front. So, in summary some changes to the installation will be required. I hope that this information is of help. Best Regards, Karl Stein, Technical Team - TRITON SHOWERS.

Answer:
Thank you for your recent enquiry. Providing that the shower head used is designed for an Electric Shower a multifunction type shower head could be used. In order that I amy answer the second part of your enquiry could you advise as to which version of the T80 you are comparing to the T80Z - as in this family of units we have T80mk3, T80i, T80si, T80Z, T80Z Fast Fit etc.
