Rated 3 out of 5Â by Slickvic Heavy gauge clips
I purchased these clips the same time as the 16mm oval conduit. These two products do not go well together. The clips are heavy gauge and the conduit is light gauge and as a result the conduit either crushes or splits when attached to the clips. I don't think there is a problem with the clips, more a problem with the light gauge conduit. As far as clips go these are very strong and would probably last a long time.

Gave up trying to fit these to 16mm oval, returned and exchanged for 20mm oval clips, already got 20mm oval conduit but didn't really need the space, same brand Tower but 20mm clips work fine.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by LinusM Too small and stiff for tube
These Tower 16mm oval conduit clips are too small and too stiff to accept the same brand 16mm oval conduit without crushing the tube. I had to clip them around a metal tube (monoblock tap spanner) and immerse them in boiling water for a few minutes, then allow to cool and set themselves in a more open position before I could get any use out of them â a right pain in the neck. Totally unsuitable for the purpose for which they are sold.
The Tower 20mm oval conduit clips are much better mated to the Tower 20mm oval conduit tube than the 16mm offering. Why is this?
