Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Product. Delivered yesterday, mounted my mitre saw and up and running within 15 minutes. Once you've mounted the clamps to the base of the mitre saw it's just a matter of making sure the clamp levers are in the open position before offering it to the stand...once in position, simply lock the levers and away you go. Very solid construction and perfectly steady when in use with my Metabo 254, even with the support arms fully extended. There's certainly nothing flimsy about the stand including the double tube extending support arms even when fully extended and overall the stand feels just as sturdy as far more expensive stands. Can be set up or put down in seconds and the support stand rollers/length stops are simple to adjust for height or distance for repeat cuts. When reading the reviews before purchasing I noted that someone earlier said that all it needed was an adjustable foot...well the one I got had an adjustable foot so maybe this is an updated version...in any case it was a welcomed surprise as it saves packing one leg on uneven floors. For those unsure if the stand/mounting brackets will accept their particular saw, I did a rough measurement of the slots in the mounting brackets and found they will accept up to roughly 38 cm / 15" (or just a little over) between front to back saw base mounting hole centres using the supplied M6 bolts but do check first if your saw is on that limit. For a universal stand you really can't fault it, especially at the pricepoint and it's so much better than mounting a mitre saw with quick-clamps onto a workmate. 21 Jul 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value for money Cannot fault this stand in any way. Very sturdy and fits my mitre saw perfectly. Why buy a more expensive brand when Titan provide such great value for money. 12 Jul 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by good value I read the reviews and chose titan over the evolution for the twin arm supports. I can't compare, but titan is a good stand. It accepted the evolution rage readily and stands firmly on my concrete floor. My only gripe is the support arms move easily when sawing long heavy lengths and need frequent readjustment. For the money it really is a good buy and packs into my estate car quickly & easily when working away. 28 Jun 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Croc 1 I don't often do reviews but I must now. This purchase I feel is one of the best I have made. Cant fault it in any way. Perfect for my Makita mitre saw fitted perfectly first time with no modifications. I'm a very happy chappy with it. Will always look now at Titan tools so impressed. Buy it with confidence I did. 30 Apr 2016

I want to check that my larger Scheppach HM120L Mitre saw will fit so I need to know the available distance front to back for the locating bolts.

Answer:
I did a quick check this morning and the max front to back measurement of the slot on the top of each support clamp is approximately 38.5cm (15.25 inches) which nicely accommodates my Metabo 254M mitre saw ( 10 inch blade) so providing the front to back distance of the mounting hole centers of your specific mitre saw base is 38cm or less it should fit ok.

The mounting bolts which came with the stand are I believe M6 which only just pass through my m/saw's base mounting holes.
M8 bolts appear too big to pass through the slot in the stand support clamps but the M6 bolts supplied are more than adequate so I personally wouldn't modify the stand slots or my mitre saw base just to fit slightly thicker bolts.

Answer:
I would have thought the supplied nuts/bolts/washers ( M6) will allow you to mount most mitre saws to the clamps so basically, the answer is yes.

Answer:
Yes it does fold for storage without using tools. The legs fold up and are held by spring loaded pins. The brackets which hold the saw also unclip from the stand so the saw can be stored separately without having to unbolt it. The table (without the saw brackets) measures about 10" x 10" x 48" when folded.
