Titan TTK587GDO 25cc 1.1hp Petrol Landscaping Multi-Tool
Good solid Titan product
Although I havenât had chance to use the item to its full potential yet it seems very well made and functional and after reading the other reviews on this and having a number of Titan products Iâm sure it will not disappoint.
I purchased this to replace an electric version which I found to be too heavy to use as the motor was situated at the cutting end and the lead being restrictive.
The Titan TTK587GDO Landscaping Multi-Tool feels more balanced, a lot lighter at the cutting end and less restrictive, but time will tell

I purchased this product about a month ago and had problems with it cutting out. I phoned Titan technical and they said it was faulty as one of the hoses had fallen off in the fuel tank. I took it back to Screwfix who exchanged it for another one. The replacement is great, it starts first time every time, it is easy to handle and does the job it's supposed to do.

2 faults with mine, firstly had to return as the handle allen bolt didn't fit, got a new handle and bolts, then when fully assembled and full of fuel and oil the oil feed system on the chain cutter failed to work, wasted my time, returned for refund.

Seems to do the trick
Looked at quite a few long reach hedge trimmers. Some of the Chinese imports seem very poorly put together and a Stihl version was astronomically expensive for what is basically twice yearly use.
All went together quite easily although the instructions are basic. It started within a couple of pulls and was happy starting from warm and hot too. Like the quick release shoulder harness- easy to put the machine down when you need to. The hedge trimmer seemed to cope with most of my hedges fine.. even went through a couple of 10mm branches with persuasion....Used the strimmer briefly and that seems to be very effective !
My only dislikes are that the cut off switch easily gets knocked if you're using the machine at an angle close to your body - better safe than fingerless I guess... and the bag that comes with it won't take the strimmer guard head when it's all attached to its boom - you just have to leave it sticking out. No way of knowing how long the machine will last.... hopefully a good long time.
