I've used a number of different brands of masonry drill bits over the years and they all have a limited life span. So far these are standing up well. The variety of shank lengths is a nice option though.

For drilling lots of holes in engineering bricks, these bits seem to give a good "cost per inch of hole".
Having worn out the tip of an expensive drill bit, I went back to Screwfix to buy a selection of alternatives, This one is still going on the 4th hole, I only got 12 holes out of the other one.
Pay your money, take your choice.
