I'm an retired tradesman, now I have two dogs which I walk everyday over the South Downs.
I have bought Barbour jackets, drovers jackets in the last for dog walking. I thought. The next walking jacket I needed I would purchase a trades mans coat just to see if it was better than Barbour. Well believe me this jacket is the bees knees, I have walk in rain that was driving horizontally in very high winds, I have walked in sleet and snow. This jackets beats all never got wet, extremely warm, and not to heavy to wear.
The only very small criticism I have is I wish the side pockets had a zip or Velcro fitting to close them firmly in appalling weather conditions, if they ever do that let me know and I'll buy another. Also worked in the garden with it on any dirt just washes off. So from an ex tradesman to you all if you want what I think is an amazing piece of clothing then look no further because you have found it

I've had this jacket over a year, its fantastic. lots of pockets, really usable. Not totally waterproof now, but I have subjected it to a lot of extreme weather and muck. Its had 6 or more machine washes and still comes up like new. Being timberland, quality is built into it & I even think its a bit of a bargain at this price.

Good quality work jacket , bought this 3 weeks ago an been out in all weathers , snow , rain freezing wind an hasn't let me down , plenty of pockets an it all just feel s solid like it s not gonna tear with the slightest catch or fall apart , £70 is worth it if you spend lot of time outside earning your money , get what you pay for ,
Overall the best jacket I've bought for years
