just one problem
Window is good and worth the money but, and is a big BUT, it is 610x1040 not 620x1050 as per started in the description. It should state the actual size not. So I had a 20mm gap to fill not 10mm.
Otherwise all good

Bought 4 of these windows-very good value for the money...o/a size includes 40mm header/vent and 20mm sill-both are not essential. No contact info with instructions-hence this review.
height and width extensions are available apparently-I couldnt source any.
the end caps for header and sill ends are supposed to clip in,with a smear of silicone to seal.
The caps supplied did not,and were a constant p.i.t.a. being dislodged during fitting.
loads of spacers and securing brackets supplied.
No information on removing the internal beads.
Overall appearance is good,as was delivery-a lot quicker than advertised.

These are heavy duty windows. Complete with everything you need (including packers). The handle is very neat and works smoothly. A very impressive product which I will use again.

hi can you supply the extention profiles with the window as my width is 1230 so will need to increase the width, i can not see them on the screwfix web site.
Aperture larger than window
Hi I need to replace some windows that are 48", this equates to 1230mm.
As your windows are metric, 1200mm is the nearest size so what can I use to bridge a 15mm gap on either side of the window?
4. What does STF AS (see 83287) mean? And what does STF top opening mean (77251) ?
5. One of my widows needs to be frosted, how do I order that?
83287 is a right hand opening window viewed from the outside. The STF is the window style and just means 'sash top and fixed panel'. Both windows are top opening, just opposite handing; 77251 is a left hand opening window viewed from the outside. You would need to order an obscure window for it to be frosted if they do it in the size you require.

1. Where would I get the 20mm Extension profile and flat packers mentioned in the assembly instructions.
2. It is recommended using low moldus neutral cure silicone is used which do you recommended.
3. What size fixing screws?
Thanks, Should the structural opening be made 1200x1050, or 1210x1060?
A previous review mentioned the window being 10mm undersized. What size of structural opening should be left for this 1050x1200 window?
We advise to allow a 10mm tolerance for fitting our products
