Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value nailer / stapler Only bought this yesterday but already used it for some woodworking projects. Up to now it has performed with no jams or issues. The gun feels sturdy and comfortable in use. A great addition to my tools.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tacwise Bought one of these 6 months ago.. stopped working after about 500 nails.. i took it back where screwfix with no quibbling swapped it for another..stopped working again.. took it back a 3rd time and after only 100 nails stopped working... i took it back once again and upgraded to the 400els ...upon buying it i was then informed that screwfix dont sell the angled brads to fit the tool and had to go online for nails.. bought the correct tacwise angled brads online and after 3 nails.. yes 3 nails it stopped working..screwfix customer care was brill.. i took the tacwise 40els back to screwfix and bought the stanley compressor and brad air nailer... what a delight to have uninterrupted worry free nailing.. tacwise... absolute junk

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tacwise 35mm Purchased this because my old gun stopped working. Very nice bit of kit did my architrave and skirting board very well and have used it for many DIY projects. Just one small down side the power lead could be just a bit more flexible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Double Failure! Very impressed initially, lightweight and easy to use. First one worked perfectly for 2 days then jammed. Cleared easily but the it jammed again the next day. Cleared but then jammed again. After clearing it did not work. Replacement was obtained next day. It worked perfectly for one day and then jammed. After clearing it wouldn't work. At this price I thought I had bought a good nailer!

Will this tool use the 140 Series Brads & staples?

Asked by: emling
Good Afternoon, Thank you for your enquiry, unfortunately the DUO 35 will not take a 140 series fitting. The DUO 35 only takes the 91 series staple (15-30mm) and the 180 series 18G (15-35mm). Kind Regards

Does this countersink the nails, for better finishing? Thank you.

Asked by: Glynis
Hi Glynis, thanks for asking this particular question. By using your second hand to steady the stapler at the point of firing it will eliminate the recoil and push nails fully home. Hope this helps, Thanks Kris
