This has a lot of positive reviews, but my experience doesn't echo these.
I have already replaced one of these for a customer and have now been called back to the replacement [fitted in February], which has failed with the same problem - the bath/shower changeover valve has failed.
The mechanism has seized and [unlike higher quality brands] spare parts are again not available so the whole unit has to be junked.
Plus which the lettering has worn off the tap heads.
Against my advice, the customer insisted on an inexpensive unit, but this is going to work out costing him a lot more.
I fit a lot of Swirl brassware and it is generally good value and pretty well made, but I can't recommend this model at all. Perhaps it was part of a bad batch?

Quick and easy to buy the item required. Good value for money and staff were very helpful. Previous purchase had my delivery the next day and very prompt with communication. Good email marketing too.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by tfc1 Swirl Traditional Bath Shower
Nice traditional looking tap, well finished, fits together easily and secures well to the bath rim.
shower head is OK with mains pressure behind it and with all gravity pressure systems you cant always expect miracles with what pressure you have. Will defiantly benefit if your system has equal hot and cold pressures to save fine tuning the temperature between the 2 sides, cold mains will always over power hot gravity and temperature control on this type of shower tap mixer can have a fine line. The tap itself though for the cost is ideal if you have a budget, its worth it.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by amo2000 Poor quality. Switch broke.
I have found that the switch for filling the bath or using the shower broke. There was no reason for it failing and I came to the conclusion that it is badly manufactured.
It failed within the warranty period of 2 years. It is not designed to last.
You get what you pay for in this case.
I am very disappointed at the poor quality.
