Rated 5 out of 5Â by Chrismuk Good value
I purchased these as with a view to maybe replacing them with a more 'designer' pair in the future but I have changed my mind having fitted them. They are very stylish and have good flow.
Very good value for money. If I have on minor niggle it would be that the 'H' and 'C' markings could be slightly more prominent than they are but hey the taps are a 'budget' option

Rated 5 out of 5Â by escargo Great product, great price.
These are excellent taps, robust and smart. They look much better than the price would lead you to believe. But also buy metal 1/2" backnuts as the plastic ones supplied are rubbish. These were bought to replace an old identical pair which had started to drip and although one of these came out quite easily, on the other the plastic backnut had to be hacked off with a hammer and chisel through the basin hole. SCREWFIX, THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THESE STUPID PLASTIC BACKNUTS, WHY NOT CHARGE £1 MORE AND PUT METAL ONES IN THE BOX!!!!

These are medium to lightweight taps (and as is usual come with crummy plastic nuts - throw them away and buy brass ones, or re-use old ones).
Operation is smooth, although not as precise as ceramic cartridge taps (that will cost more), and the flow is good without having that precise spray pattern or smooth flow you'd expect on more expensive taps.
Where these excel is that the head design makes them look a lot more expensive than they actually are, so that you can put them in where you want a smart modern look without spending too much. I used these to replace a pair of fifty quid taps where the insert had failed, and completely seized so that I couldn't just replace the insert. - despite the cost difference SWMBO was very impressed. I know they're cheap, but even with protracted use I don't think I'll be complaining.
