Rated 4 out of 5 by from only needed one `although not quite as good quality as a previous purchase, they are a good solid product, the other 99 will come in very useful for future kitchen builds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value Was looking for some shelf supports to add some extra shelves to an existing kitchen larder unit that already had extra 5mm holes drilled. All the big DIY stores had much smaller packs than this for only a little less in price. So these 100 should help with storage needs for quite a while. Great value.

Please can you tell me what the maximum load bearing capacity of each support is?

Asked by: Siana1
Hello, Provided that the circumstances are correct e.g. 4 support points, an even load and a stable, suitable material which can support the load. Our suppliers have given these a safe working load of 60kg. However this is more dependent upon the material that these are implanted within as this material is more likely to fail, in most cases, before these steel supports are. So once again we advice you to use 4 support points, to spread the load equally and to install these supports in a stable material suitable for the task that you are using it for. Hope this helps.

What size hole is required for these??

Asked by: Inbar

Please can you tell me the length of the support once inserted. I have a small gap between the strut support and the shelf, so most shelf supports I have looked at so far aren't long enough, although these look as though they might well be.
