Stanley Ashland Waterproof Rigger Safety Boots Brown Size 8
Long term test
Like many reviewers here I was pleased with these boots when I bought them. However, after 12 months the lining came adrift in one, making it uncomfortable and almost impossible to remove. After 18 months the lining is worn out and loose in both boots. Taking the boots off is a nightmare - you have to use your fingers to force the lining over the heel.
These boots have received light usage - perhaps 2-3 hours per week. The soles and outers are hardly worn. They've remained waterproof but the terrible quality lining means I couldn't recommend them.

I drive a concrete mixer truck. My boots are subjected to oil, acid, TFR, and worst of all, concrete. These boots have stayed dry and comfortable the entire winter. Never had a pair of boots last this long, and I've tried many!

Got these boots as a replacement for some other boots I got from Screwfix.
These boots felt comfortable from the minute I put them on.
Good looking boots too with ankle protection.
Waterproof was a must for me, so time will tell how long these stand up to the elements for.
Would have probably rated as a 5 but not had them long enough yet.
