Wanted a saw workhorse not fancy but upto taking rough handling. Found the junior Stanley twin pack too flimsy for my liking.
If I had known what it was like I would have gone for a model much more substantial
something like a Stanley metal fold-up pair.

Given the price of timber and metal, not to mention chemicals, I suppose this is good value for plastic. It's light and therefore easy to hump into the back of a van - BUT - I've downrated to average because of the poxy little side tension bars. They are way too flimsy to be truly effective. A scaffolding board which was leaning against a fence, keeled over and landed on one side of the Saw Horse - the result? The tension bar snapped off its moorings. This is not robust enough for the Trade but passable for DIY.
