Stanley Cutter Utility Knife MPO 18mm
Is Stanley than it must be...
It is a good utility knife however i found two issues which makes me unhappy.
Firstly to change a blade that yellow end bit needs to come off...right but it requires a dentist's tooth extracting tool to pull it off!
Second is that knob. It secures the blade there is no question about it but when it is used in small confined place than it is the knob why the blade won't just get to do the job.
Such as cutting wallpaper in a corner next to a pair of central heating pipes...
However it cuts excellently any fingers and hands :D

Quality brand and good value.
Stanley are synonymous with utility knives and this product lives up to the name. Easy to use, good grip. Ideal for most cutting jobs. I use it primarily for removing old silicone from around baths, basins WCs. Cheaper knives tend to break due to a lack of steal support in the sliding mechanism and the snap-off blades have just the right amount of flexibility when going deep around bath edges. If the blade breaks then replacements are cheap and plentiful.

Stanley Utility Knife 60890
I have carried one of these daily in my working trousers pocket for over 5 years and put it to every conceivable use from electrical wiring to weeding to carpet laying and beyond. Unfortunately it has now had to be put on lighter duties and I have replaced it with exactly the same model. The stainless steel blade guide makes this a very reliable general purpose tool. Highly recommended.

Falls apart after few weeks
Cheap plastic materials... After approx 3 weeks of very light use the end protector keeps falling out when retracted... Meaning I have to keep rebuilding the knife & handling razor sharp blade! Disappointing.
