2 Locks in 2 years, second one broke today after about 12 months use on our factory gate.
Fiddly to operate, hard to hold lock with one hand, pull knob out with another and pull shackle bolt with your third hand. Supposed to be weatherproof, keeps jamming, needs regular oiling.
Last one jammed up solid, this replacement one the knob just snapped off meaning lock will not open: had to use angle grinder.
Off to buy new lock, a different make!

I bought this lock to prevent unwelcome access to my new garden shed to work with the HD hasp and staple.
The thieves couldn't get through the HD hasp & staple but took out the lock. All I have left is a single combination cog. They must have cut through the combination section of the lock.
This lock is only suitable to stop kids getting in but useless at preventing thieves.

Only the test of time will reveal if this is worth the high price, but so far good. Am concerned wheels may freeze in winter but we will see. Useful to be able to change the code whenever you want, no too fiddly.

Substantially made of solid brass and easy to operate. This is the second one that I have purchased for use on our allotment.
It seems to stand up well to bad weather and frequent use by many people.
