Site Trench Safety Wellington Boots Black Size 9
OK 4 price but not serious kit
First think I noticed is that the insole is extremely firm. I couldn't wear them for more than a few minutes so ended up putting an insert into them. Which I have never had to do with any other footwear. The reinforced toecaps rubbed my big toe in both boots. So had to apply petroleum jelly to my toes and wear thicker socks. Again first time I've had to do that with any footwear - ever! I'm not complaining as the price is rock bottom but just reporting my experience. Some reviewers claim to go walking in them - I I don't know how they cope with any distance as there is not enough comfort. for my liking. You get what you pay for so not complaining but will need to invest in a better quality boot.

Bought these as needed a tougher pair of wellies having been through 2 pairs of Dunlop in the last 6 months. On first wearing thought they were ok, but then my toes and feet got sore and I mean really sore. Wore them on and off for a few weeks before giving up on them. Havent worn them for a while and feet are now 'well' again, got them out again for an hour last night and within 10 minutes my toes were sore again so its definately these boots. All in all the most uncomfortable footwear I have ever worn, but having said that they have worn very well so if they don't hurt your feet they might be a good buy!

A well made safety boot at a good price, very comfortable and not too heavy. Highly recommended.

Wellies not so much.
Bought wellies for working in the garden. Tried them on and tight was not the word... The boots were the tightest I have ever tried, I doubt any amount of breaking in would help. Screwfix Customer Service were very helpful and arranged a quick and painless collection and refund for them.
