Site Belt Black
Great Value, with limitations
Bought when only £3.99 (maybe on promotion) this belt represented exceptional value when compared to others which can cost up to 3 times the amount.
Its main limitation is that it is fairly stretchy, which makes it ideal as a belt to keep your trousers up but less good if you were planning to load it up with heavy tools. I've got other belts too, and find that the Snickers belt is more or less as stretchy as this one, whereas my HH belt is a little stiffer and less stretchy. That said, I'd never really advise using any stretch belt as a carrier for heavy tools and personally always use a separate, non-stretch toolbelt for this purpose.
As with all the other more expensive belts, this one does everything you need it to. It's 120cm long by 37mm wide, and if you think this is far longer than you'll ever need, you can easily shorten it by unclamping it at the buckle end and cutting it shorter. No fusing/ melting of the cut end is needed because this end is clamped and won't be seen. Because the belt uses a snap-shut, box-frame mechanism, it is infinitely adjustable and you don't have to punch holes in the webbing since the buckle doesn't use a prong.
The only problem I've had with similar belts in the past is that the other end of the belt has a metal cap/ ferrule on it which is an extra 6mm wider than the belt, and takes it to 43mm. I've a couple of pairs of non-work trousers for which it's a real struggle to get 43mm through the belt loops. If you're in a similar situation, you may have to do what I did, which is to lever the ferrule open and shorten it using a pair of snips and pliers (or you could take it off completely). I wish the manufacturers would think of this before churning out their products.
So, all in all, I'd say this belt is as good as any other, more expensive stretch belt, and I'd really recommend their use in work situations. They provide sufficient grip to keep your trousers up, but allow some "give" and don't cut into you like normal belts when you're crouching or bending over. Unless, that is, all you do is spend all day sat down, drinking coffee!

So I was a little sceptical about buying this belt, however the store didn't have the Dewalt one I wanted in stock and I needed a belt.
I bought the belt having expected to be bringing it back in a day or two but I was hugely mistaken. Its a brilliant belt, the elasticated material makes for a very good and comfy fit and the buckling method is extremely reliable.
I am one of those people who will break something within minutes of owning it (like my trouser button!!), especially if its poor quality. However it is still going strong and saved me nearly 50% on the Dewalt belt price.
