I upgraded from a 2.0 Bar Positive head pump to this one. The application really needed a negative head pump so this and the increase to 3.0 Bar means shower time is an absolute pleasure! Every day I pat myself on the back for this decision!
The pump was so easy to fit and the auto sensing for the Positive/Negative setting is a great feature.
I hope it will last many years to come so I can continue to enjoy my showers, but also to pay back the cost.
I expect these could be cheaper but because people like me are willing to pay for a decent shower the price remains high. If they were a bit cheaper - perhaps more people would buy the higher pressure models...?

This pump does not automatically select negative head mode. You needed to power on, off, wait 5 secs then power on to activate negative head mode. ????
I found the pump noisy, large compared to other pumps on offer and the pump seized after 1 day. Replaced for other brand and just works.
Would not recommend.

Had the pump for two years before it started making funny noises and from time to time would over heat and cut out until it cold down. Then finally one morning the noises got louder and be the evening it would make a hmm'ing sound so i knew the pump had jammed, as it was over the warranty i decided to dismantle the pump, which i did with ease to find on both the hot and cold sides the clip pin that holds the plastic blades on the motor spindle had broken off jamming the pump. I removed the the debris and re-assembled the pump and tested it and it work fine, but the retaining clips were still missing so i decided not to push my luck but do you think i can find any where to buy these clips you must be joking, so a couple of 50 pence clips that i cant buy means i have to spend £500.00 on a new pump what a joke.

I had one of these installed professionally 6 years ago and it performed well until today when I found it leaking from the hot pump side and discovered that there must have been a slow leak for some time. The manufacturers helpline offered to send free replacement seals but warned me that they may not work! The plastic can distort with the heat over time, so replacing the seal would not be a long term solution. I have seen many references online to similar problems and am now wondering whether to go for a replacement of the same pump or an alternative make.
