On opening the packet there were no instructions or a guide on how to make any adjustments. Assuming it was set up from manufacturer I tried it on RG58 coax and it was rubbish. Stripped through the shielding. Tried to adjust it and again no joy. Rather than mess around wasting cable I decided to use the stanley knife and do it manually.
Over all I would not recommend this due to poor set up and lack of adjustment guide. If you have spare metres of cable you could set up by trial and error if you have time.

Just done a large house refirb with some 20 TV outlets, satellite dish & multiswitch - wish I'd had this tool then - doh!!!!!
Can't comment on reliability as too new, but appears robust & very easy to use.
