Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Great stuff, I used it to fill some pretty big gaps no problem and virtually no sanding required before painting, just a light rub is all it needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Great all round product, it's very light so it doesn't slump under its own weight on vertical walls meaning you can fill a larger area in one go than you would otherwise be able to with competitor products. I knew what to expect when buying this but something that isn't so obvious is what is the difference between this and the 1.2ltr that comes in grey at the same price? I hear you ask?.... The answer is not alot. I've purchased both and they perform almost identically so I'd say go for the larger one as it's better value for money and you can fill bigger holes. However if your job for example is a white plastered wall, this 600ml version is your best bet as you'll only need to give it one lick of paint once it's dry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good but expensive bought to work inside my house and fill small cracks before painting, did good job, quick drying and easy to work with , no need for sanding as its very fine finish ,overall good product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as described This one does not do what it says on the tin. I've used Ronseal fillers before and always found them to be good, but this one is too light and insubstantial, it takes forever to dry (not the 5 minutes advertised) and I wouldn't recommend it being used for anything other than fine cracks - not suitable for any sized hole.

Could you tell me how long I need to wait until I can paint over this filler?

Asked by: CEbuild
Thanks for your question. Whilst the filler will be touch dry in 5 minutes we advise that you allow 15 minutes before over-painting.

What is the minimum width crack this will fill?

Is it suitable for a very fine ceiling crack prior to painting?
Asked by: JTassociates
This product would be fine for your application, if you find it difficult to get the filler into the crack due to it being so fine we would advise to scrap out lightly to widen it slightly.

Can this be used to fill around a radiator pipe in the bathroom?

Copper pipe is coming through the tiles and a hole is around the pipe. Will be using a chrome pipe cover over the pipe.
Asked by: Kieron89
Thanks for your question. Our concern would be the temperature differences that would be experienced in this situation. Whilst adhesion in this application wouldn't be a problem it is possible with time that the filler would dry and crack.

Can this be tiled over?

Need a filler to fill where wall has been channelled for wiring, then tile over the top.
Asked by: biggchris
Thanks for your question. That should be fine provided the tiles on this area are also in contact with the surrounding wall as opposed to adhering solely to the filler.

Once applied and dried is the filler strong enough to be drilled into

Asked by: Neverdecorator
This product is a light weight filler and unfortunately will not accept being drilled or screwed. Ronseal High Performance Woodfiller would be the best product to suit your needs.
