Record Power DP16B 204mm Bench Pillar Drill 230V
Too early to give good review
The plastic guard was broken on delivery, contacted Record Power and they sent a replacement.
After using the drill on some dense wood with a Forstner bit I was not impressed, it kept stalling and stopping. I found to get the Forstner bit to cut I had to use a bit of pressure, but not too much, which then burnt the wood. This may have been to do with the Forstner bit which I had recently purchased from Screwfix.
I have since had a problem where the fan inside the motor came off, on inspection found it was a push fit, (not a very clever design) Contacted Record power and they sent a replacement motor complete with fan. I must say Record Power are extremely customer service friendly. hopefully Things will be OK now.

Well made bench drill
Good price, well packaged, arrived in four days, straightforward assembly, good start! Drilled 5mm and 10mm holes into perspex and brass without problem. Although the stand is not bolted down yet there was little or no vibration. Tilting table and depth stop both lock positively. The chuck is well made and runs completely true. Plenty of speed choices with traditional pulley arrangement and easy to change over. CAN be stalled if too much force used or incorrect speed selected but so can larger drills. Slight niggle with the 4" vice I chose which does not line up with the slots on the drill table.(to clamp down) Only one can be used or small `G` clamps used instead so no real problem. The on/off switches are at the front for ease of use but can be clonked by the safety guard when not in use. Overall I would say a very good buy with a five year warranty as well. I am an ex engineer and am confident the drill will cope with anything that my diy requirements can throw at it. I would have given all the criteria 5 stars but it is a little early yet.
