Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seriously strong I used this to fix supports for a 2" scaffolding pole barrier system. The result is rock solid. My only gripe is that on a warm day it sets really quickly - too quickly. It would have been better to have had a second pair of hands helping out. Pity Screwfix doesn't stock galvanised studs; I had to go elsewhere for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock solid resin Bought this for studs to hold up my garage roof. Spent a while researching and settled on this for suitability, price and brand. Superb stuff - squidges into the holes well through the rather clever mixer nozzle and stays workable for long enough to fit a sequence of studs. Be warned though, this stuff sets tougher than concrete so don't get it on the threads or anywhere else you shouldn't else you'll be chiselling ....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't fault it I think the stone will rip from the wall before the studs pull from the stone! Very impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding resin I used R-KER to bond steel dowels into a pre-drilled concrete floor slab. Simple-to-follow instructions on the pack ensured that I got the job done the job well and with ease; full bond strength was achieved in 90 minutes and it's a rock-solid job. Worth investing in a good cartridge gun - the required pressure to achieve a working flow would destroy bargain-basement kit.

I want to use this product for putting m20 threaded rods 400mm deep in concrete what wight will each rod take with your bond

Asked by: Gaz1979
We can only quote performance data from our technical handbook. M20 5.6 grade stud at a maximum embedment of 240mm in non cracked concrete, hole diameter 24mm - recommended load (SWL) of 56.87 kN in tension and 34.86 kN in shear. Obviously the deeper the embedment the higher the performance.

I am wanting using this product for floor studs to anchor a machine. The studs are M12 and the torque value is 40Nm. Is this product capable of this requirement?

Asked by: Leg11
Hi, this product is fine to use for an installation torque of 4Nm on M12 studs. This is the recommended torque setting when using the R-KER resin.
