No Nonsense Trade Masonry Paint Brilliant White 10Ltr
Having used mainly BRAND named paints over the years I thought I,d give this a try, the reason was largely based on finance as I have to paint a large new extension & obviously the rest of the house so it all blends in. I am delighted at how well it performed in respect of meterage & covering marks on the original house with only one coat. So to sum up I would say this paint is great value for money & I will certainly be using it again.

WOW...What a brilliant product...and NO I did not expect it to be such quality paint!
I painted my drive walls from a dark cream to brilliant white (and ONLY one coat was needed) and NO I did not expect that..... what a fab surprise!).
I also painted my garden walls and the back of my house (once again ONLY one coat was needed). The paint went on with such ease and so quick (although I did purchase Screw-fix brushes as well and maybe that helped).
I have bought many cheap and expensive paints and this was in my opinion outstanding and I shall most definitely purchase this again and again and will recommend to family and friends....I honestly would not have believed it....WOW....I'm delighted!

Great so far
Bought this, as it was the same value as smaller tins from other brands. Only painting some block work so wasn't too worried about how well it worked, but have been pleasantly surprised. It covers well, better than other stores own brand previously purchased.
Overall very happy. Only put 4 for reliability as still painting at time of review.

Best Bang For Your Buck
I used 3 different masonry paints to cover my walls and house, which has highly textured render previously painted to grey. I managed to find a 15l tin of a trade brand for £42 elsewhere and whilst it worked fine it was a little loose and prone to splashing. I then got some Sandtex on special offer (10l for £20 - also elsewhere) and that was good stuff, but pretty pricey at its usual level. I'd say this one is somewhere in between with little loss from drips and with some of the 'rubbery' quality that helps it adhere and cover previous colours/imperfections well (I needed 3 coats because of the job in hand). If you can't get the Sandtex as cheaply as I did then this is a great alternative.
