I cannot comment on the life of the floor covering as it has only just gone down -
I can recommend that when it says 'stir well' you must stir very well - it takes a while to mix-in, or at least my tin did.
When mixed, it was simple to use - I used a brush and the coverage was good and solid.

This stuff goes on really well and has a nice coverage, 2 1/2 L was just enough for my single garage floor with two coats.

Excellent value compared to other market brands.
Great consistency, coverage and well worth the cost. Used on wooden shed floor and also in a art studio loft. Provides an excellent finish. Well worth the buy.

If the paint looks black when you remove the lid, refit lid and shake vigorously for 30 sec.
It's oil based, so 16 - 24 hours must pass before applying the second coat. Full cure takes 7 days.
I used a PVA bond to seal the concrete before applying the 1st coat - even so, I still only got about 9 sq m/litre coverage (up to 11 sq m is claimed). To be fair, my floor has a pretty rough surface, which may account for it.
Early days, but seems to be hard wearing enough for domestic applications - so far, the paint hasn't lifted when I drive the car out (a common problem with floor paint). I've only given 3 stars for performance/reliability because it's too early to know, so don't read too much into these two ratings.
