Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Screwfix product EVER! I'm really surprised to see positive reviews. I've used it in a number of places and it has failed and lifted all over the place, despite being primed and warmed on application. An atrocious product. I'd advise all reviewers to go and check the application. Buy Flashband instead!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to apply I have just used this tape to make a waterproof seal between polycarbonate sheets on our allotment shed. The weather was warm and the tape was easy to handle and then stuck firmly once the backing tape had been removed. Can't say about reliability as only just fitted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product My son has used this on my polycarbonate roof of my outhouse and it is fantastic. After having a builder replace my outhouse roof a few months later the tape he had used was beginning to lift up and water was leaking into my outhouse, but after my son used the 'No Nonsense tape' we have had no problems. He did use a heat gun on the tape because it was very cold weather and this made the adhesive stick extremely well and the finished job looks so much better than what the so called builder used. Would recommend this product to friends and family.

Roof repair

What can I use to repair a leak in my newly replaced roofing felt? Will flashing tape work? What can you recommend?
Asked by: MarieB
Hello MarieB, There are a number of ways to repair a felt roof, but we would have to recommend that you consult an experienced professional who can assess your individual requirements, and help you find the right repair for your leak. Flashing tape is not usually used for felt roof repair. Thanks for using Q&A

Asked by: IANY76
Hi IANY76, If you are using the band on rough concrete/stone then use the primer if you are using it on a smooth surface where the band will apply neatly and well, then the primer is not always required. Thank you for using Q and A.
