Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy as pie Used no nonsense leak sealer before but this is the 1st time I've used the concentrate version to top up and its so simple as you get it in a cartridge ( that can be used with a mastic gun) and a number of different connectors/ fittings. Screws straight into the radiator and presto its done in no time at all. No mess and no hassle. Just great. Previous versions work fine so no reason to expect any issues with the concentrate version. Recommended because its so simple to administer into the central heating system, even for a novice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent leak sealer. I've used this product twice before with very good results and its so easy to apply to a system through a double radiator via the bleed points. Isolate a double radiator from the system by closing the valves and then depressurise using the bleed points. Next remove bleed point screws and put an old towel underneath the radiator then screw the plastic injector into the radiator and inject the sealant, any ejected water will be ejected through the opposite bleed point and be collected on the towel below.(pump it in slowly so as not to forcibly squirt water on the opposite wall :- ) Once the cartridge is empty unscrew the injection nozzle then replace the bleed screws and open up the radiator valves and run the system as normal. I've found this product will seal any small leaks within a few hours which saves hours of searching for small system leaks under floors etc. Ken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective & good value! I replaced my multifuel stove with one with a bigger boiler. All finished and commissioned. A drip was then noticed under the stove at the back. No way to fix without removing stove and remaking joints. No nonsense central heating leak sealer tried (nothing to lose!). Easy to inject through a radiator and leak stopped. Job done and no great cost.

Answer:
Leak Sealer is an inert formulation that will not react with other chemicals so if the system is treated with inhibitor then there should be no problems mixing. Leak Sealer should be left in the system. It's particularly good at sealing capillary leaks in solder joints. It forms a soft deal that will not affect the pump or valves.

Answer:
This product is more concentrated to treat 100L like the liquid 500ml version. They are essentially the same but the concentrate gel is designed to treat sealed systems using a sealant gun to inject directly into the circuit. Yes it can be added via the top bleed screw of the Magnaclean. Make sure you relieve system pressure and have the Magnaclean service valves open otherwise you might struggle to defeat the system pressure with the sealant gun. Re pressurise after use. We also recommend that you switch off the system and allow it to cool so that you don't expose yourself to excessive heat. Once injected you can restart the system immediately.
