Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solidly built, could be better Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. A good balance of feature and value. The bar mixer is very solidly built, looks good, controls well and provides a great flow - with a pump admittedly. The shower itself is lightweight and looks and feels a little cheap. Fitting the shower was easy but I bought a fixing kit rather than use the one supplied. The one supplied had only two fixing screws which would be fine for a slid wall but I was uncertain as mine was a partition. The eccentric fittings seems like a good idea in theory but it was not too hard to line up the pipes at 150 mm spacing I never know how to rate reliability for something I have recently bought

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great value for mira quality good solid shower and supplied with wall fixings although i hate using the offset connectors and throw them away and buy a wall fixing kit from iflo- much better job and less likely to leak

If the bar is mounted on the wall the hot water adjustment is to the right. Am I right in thinking that the hot water pipe connection is to the left as you look at the bar mounted on the wall? Thank you in advance.

Asked by: Rjwf
Hello, You are correct the hot water supply is on the right and the cold supply is on the left. The temperature control itself is on the right hand side of the bar valve.

I am replacing Mira 88 and I understand that it can be replaced with Triton Kaho exposed but I would rather replace it with Mira Coda Ev if it's fittings are the same. Can you please confirm?

Asked by: Pondering
Hello, The Mira 88 has 15mm inlet connections, 153 pipe centres and 13mm pipe protrusion. Whereas the Mira Coda has 1/2" BSP inlet connections, 150mm +/- 24 mm pipe centres. The pipe connections would need slight adaptation.

Can it be deck mounted? Want it to install on Bathtub.

Asked by: Hindiantiger
Hello Hindiantiger. The Mira Coda is not designed to be fitted in this way, it is designed to be wall mounted. Because of this we cannot guarantee that the shower will work correctly if fitted on a bathtub. Many thanks.
