Next to useless.
Maybe I just got a duff batch, but I bought 3 pairs of these gloves and the leather is so thin after 3 or 4 minutes with a pick axe the thumb had worn through. All 3 pairs were the same. The leather is no more than 1mm thick, if used as PPE for grinding, cutting or even carrying blocks I seriously doubt their ability to protect, I appreciate that at this price I shouldn't expect much, but I'd recommend paying a few quid more and getting some gloves that will last,

ideal for gardening
Bought these for pulling up bramble and stingeys from my garden. Ok for the nettles but still need to be careful when pulling thorney stuff...wear two pairs for those.

Tough but not tactile
Good for hand protection where feel and detail are not important. It's not easy to hold nails or screws.
I always buy a few pairs as I find fingers do wear through after a while.
At the price it doesn't matter if they get covered in any sort of chemical or left outside in the rain.
