good fan easy to fit and to set timer / humidity sensors. Quieter than previous model. Only drawback was that the cover screws weren't long enough as the fan itself was rebated slightly into the wall. Easily resolved

I've had this installed for a few weeks now, and not overly impressed. It was awkward to fit right because it only has fixing holes on 3 of the 4 corners (contrary to the fitting instructions). I fitted it to an en-suite ceiling and with only 3 fixing points, its weight in conjunction with the thin plastic shell means one corner not holding flush to the ceiling. It is quite noisy, especially when fitted to a ceiling because the ceiling itself acts as a sound board and amplifies the sound. My biggest gripe is that within a couple of days as soon as it was turned on it started oscillating until you tap it and the oscillation stops.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by SELondon Overall good piece of kit
Not the most glamorous or elegant fan, but it does the job well enough. It's noisy but not too noisy and doesn't vibrate like the old fan did so the noise is loud in the bathroom but doesn't transmit to adjoining rooms. The timer is easy to set, the humidity detector seems to work fine. It has two screws to mount the front plate which isn't as neat as some other fans, but hey - it's pretty cheap. Overall, good product, but not the quietest.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kesjr Bought as replacements
I bought two of these to be replacements for 10 year old timer models from the same supplier that had worn out. They work well as described in the advert. My only gripe is that the manufacturer has changed the screw hole and the cable entry locations This meant that I had to carve up my brand new devices before fitting. Unlike other reports these do not protrude any further into the room than the originals .
