Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good inline fan Have purchased quite a few of these fans over the years. They are very good as a replacement or new install. Kit comes with everything u need for a fast and easy install and comes with a choice of internal covers. Quiet and very reliable this fan is ideal for the average family bathroom or kitchen and complies to all electrical regulations for bathroom installations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fans Purchased two of these fans to replace noisy fans that only lasted 2 months. These have been in 6 months now and are still working great and very quite operation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bathroom fan kit Bought this kit to replace an existing fan unit in my mothers wet room, that had failed. Kit had everything needed to carry out an easy installation. Only complaint came from my mother who was worried that the fan did not make as much noise as the old unit it replaced!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great simple shower extractor Used this fan to replace an old, noisy, draughty wall mounted fan. Does a great job at extracting, almost too good. The small en suite its used in is noticeably cooler when the shower is in use as it draws the cool air from the bedroom. Its also very quiet compared to the wall fan obviously as the motor is now up in the loft. Installation was straight forward, not too fiddly. Timer adjustment is a bit of guesswork. Its a small wheel that probably only turns about 3/4 rotation. No graduations or markings, one end is 5mins the other 30 mins. Good luck trying to get a particular length of time! Can't really comment on reliability as its only been running a couple of weeks.

Suitable for kitchen?

Hi. Any reason why this fan can't be used in a kitchen for moisture extraction
Asked by: nigsok

Does this come with 2 separate pieces of ducting? If so are they both 3 metres?

Asked by: JK32
The Manrose In-line Centrifugal Shower Fan Kit includes 2 x 3m Lengths of 4"/100mm Flexible PVC Hose.

Note that 41379 is wall mounted. May I mount on the ceiling? Also note it is 240V should shower not be low voltage?

Asked by: Crosbie
Hello, The 41379 fan kit actually has an inline fan suitable for loft mounting. The fan itself would be mounted outside of Zone 1 as it is situated above the ceiling space so it would not need to be a low voltage unit.

I would like to purchase fan cat no 41379. This is a timer model but I really need a standard model which isn't stocked. Is it possible to operate a timer model as a standard one by just not connecting a permanent live supply?

Asked by: Landie15609
Apologies for the delay in responding, our account is now set up and will be answering future questions in a more timely manner. Hi Yes this is OK and exactly as you say. The wiring instructions will explain how to wire up to operate as standard model by creating a loop in the wiring block. Thank you for your question. Regards
