Clearly the Best
I've used the Liteglaze products before bought through Screwfix.
This is clearly the best way to get delivery of fragile items -delivery was swift and the packaging gave total transit protection.
Well done Screwfix !

How do you cut this product?
Liteglaze Acrylic Sheet is cut best using a fine toothed saw at a shallow angle, or a fine toothed blade in a jigsaw. Sawing usually gives a cleaner and more accurate finish than scoring and snapping the sheet. If using an electric saw it can be a good idea to practise on a spare piece of sheet to ensure that the feed rate is correct – not too fast, not too slow, just a nice steady pace.

Can you Laser cut this product?
Thank you for your enquiry. Litegaze acrylic flat sheet can be laser cut effectively, although the exact conditions will vary depending on the set up. To this end some experimentation to find the correct settings will be required. A glossy edge similar to that achieved from flame polishing can be obtained depending on the thickness and colour of the sheet. Thick sheets may be slightly oblique. Some discolouration of the edge of the sheet may occur but this can be minimised by adjusting the feed speed. An extraction system is necessary to remove the monomer vapours and other combustion gasses formed during cutting.

How do you clean the writing off the Ariel liteglaze?
Is it possible to join using solvent? If so what solvent?
Thank you for your enquiry. We recommend that you do not use solvent based glue to join the Liteglaze. You can use adhesive tape or adhesive sealant but definitely not a solvent based product.
