Rated 5 out of 5 Very pleased
Smart looking and does the job required. A great finish to our refurbished kitchen.

- do no over tighten scews as the steel is thin and bends, could also do with a coat of clear laquer as they show every finger print, and final downpoint is NO CORD GRIP for use as heater outlets, otherwise ok for the money.

I have seen the exact same previous comment before on a Chrome Spur - seems like a copy & paste - as these are actual Steel.
I fitted the Chrome version in my kitchen and put these steel spurs' in my mates place
To me these Spurs represent good value, and are more than adequate for the job - as well as looking great on the wall.
Good to see the ASTA mark on the back of the socket - reassuring to know the products have been tested to the highest standard.
Terminals all in a logical position to me, and managed to fit 2 x 4mm with no issues
Fixings are not 'non-standard' - they are the same as used on many other switches & sockets. Look perfectly fine to me.

These may look OK but are awful from an installation point of view. The Terminals are small , not very robust and extremely odd in layout . The fixing screws are non standard countersunk and do not finish flush to the front plate. The chrome metal front plate is so thin it distorts easily and looks dreadful on a polished finish. I will not be buying these again !"
