Failed in the live position - unable to isolate. Replacement did the same. In fairness to the product it was located near to a slow cooker - but the mechanism of the switch really shouldn't fail in the live position. The previous MK one was there for 20 years.
Also the steel used in the earthing bonds on these is pretty poor. It bends when you tighten up the terminal.
Having fitted out a kitchen with LAP sockets and spurs to unify the look, had to pull the whole lot off and replace with something decent.
There's a good reason these are cheaper than MK. They're rubbish, and if I caught a contractor fitting these I'd fire him.

so far, so good, the unit is solid build quality, the faceplate doesn't scratch easily and the backplate fittings are good quality
Only down side is the fixing screws are quite short, no good if you're using in a tiled area such as a kitchen...

Had a dilemma when trying to figure out an option for spurring off a ring main, finally came up with this option so I could have more than one socket, solid construction and feels good, simple to connect, but the terminals on the back are a little snug if your pushed for depth, go for a minimum of 25mm and make sure that its not flush to the wall or you may struggle,
