Can you connect Sky and freeivew and distribute to all connected TVs?
Im looking to connect both Sky and freeview to this box which will then broadcast it to all other tvs around the house. I will use magic eye to control sky in other rooms. I have no power in the loft which is why i need the remote power
Hi Dave, Yes you can connect the RF2 output of the Skybox into the amplifier and the freeview aerial into the RF input of the Skybox. Then the RF2 will have both the Freeview and RF2 Sky selected channel out which can then be fed into the UHF input of the LDL208LP Amplifier.
It will not however broadcast the signal directly from the dish as these are different frequencies which the amplifier can’t handle. Thanks Labgear UK

How do these work?
Currently my house does not have the best of signals. I do not currently have any power in my loft and would like to replace it with a powered amplifier to give a better signal throughout our house. Currently all our tv ports are standard coaxial plugs and again I'm not sure this kit would work. Or does it require an F type port to send power to the loft?
Any help would be great!
The unit comprises of two parts the power supply which would be sited near the main TV this pushes 12v through the coax cable to power up to the main unit sited in the loft via input 1 marked power in, the roof Aerial would be connected to the UHF input on the main unit in the loft and the outputs would be routed to your various TV locations. The connections are F connectors but you can change the current coax connectors to F connectors to connect to the amplifier but leave the coax coneectors to connect to your TV's.
