Not very good on their own. Too slippy, no protection against sharp points like wood splinters. Should be worn under work gloves so you may as well buy a glove that does both. A bit on the small size too. No stars for reliability as I have not had them long.

Very good pair of gloves, reliable, strong and good value for what they are.

I sand a lot of small wooden components on a Disc & Belt Sander and was forever taking the skin off my fingertips (ouch!). I have tried other gloves in the past but found that the glove fingertips were worn through with holes in less than a day. I have been using these Kevlar gloves for a couple of weeks now and there's not a sign of any wear (even though they've contacted the sanding belt several times). I will be ordering another couple of pairs to keep "handy" for future use.

It really does what it says on the packet!
Wear it on its own or under work gloves and save your fingers.
A slip of the blade will cut through your normal gloves but the kevlar really stops even the sharpest blades.
You would be silly not to wear one
Fine grip when worn on its own AND washable too.
