Rated 4 out of 5Â by Joby Cheap and cheerful coat hooks
Used to replace about 80 broken or missing coat hooks in a rugby club dressing room. Will probably not last that long whatever the quality and these were just the job. Fixed with two screws that were supplied, so don't buy any more. Don't overtighten them either, as I had a couple shear off.
In a home with a normal family where people don't swing on them they would probably last a reasonably long time on a coat rack under the stairs or in a cupboard and they don't look that bad either.

Good value for the money, screws could be better as head sheared off first one, pre-drilled rest of holes no more trouble

I would recommend these hooks. They are a nice simple design and are easy to fit. In my case I mounted them on a wooden batten which I painted with Satinwood. Use a bradawl to mark the screw holes and also make it easy for yourself to screw in the screws. The cloakroom is a cupboard under my stairs which I have just painted. The hooks complete the job and set it off.

Simple effective coat hooks. Good projection. Sufficient strength for general use. Aluminium won't rust but you're pre-packed screws might!
