Rated 5 out of 5Â by RHL1 proper trade brush
As another reviewer has said these are true trade brushes for oil or solvent based paints.
Once worn in they will reward you with long service releasing the paint well.
I found that these brushes perform well when using volatile solvent based industrial coatings like sigmafast 20.
have had a set of these for years now, some worn out some still going.

Fantastic brushes for oil based paint and will last year after year, if cared for.
Only replaced old for new due to losing my old ones. Highly recommended.

As a painter and decorator of 18 years these are still my favourite brushes by far.
These are quality brushes but not for the diyer who want to pick up a brush up and paint.
These brushes will need wearing in and will always lose bristles if put straight into gloss or other oil based paints.
Once worn in though you will be rewarded with a beautiful edge of your brush for cutting in which no cheap brush will ever provide.
These brushes will wear down faster than a Purdy but are far superior for oil based paints in my opinion.
I use Purdy for emulsion and Hamilton Perfection for oil based paints.

There were more bristles on the skirting than the brush.
Ill stick with the harris no loss which are cheaper and dont loose bristles
