Rated 5 out of 5Â by JaffyJafster Good, reliable tap.
I fitted this tap in my kitchen 7 years ago and it only needed a new ceramic barrel in the cold side in that time. So when I needed a new tap for a second property I went for this one again. The flexible tails make it easy to fit and the fact it uses standard ceramic barrel replacements means it is easy to service when it comes time to replace them.

This was similar to my old broken taps [except for these lever operated taps].
Very heavy and chrome and substantial. Plenty of instructions with warnings about over tightening and using hand tightening where instructed.
Easy to fit if you can bend to get under the sink. I feel the only problem you will have I removing your old taps!
Make sure you turn off the water first!
Everything is supplied in the box including flexible hoses which makes life easier for everyone.
The chrome neck is not too high . If you have a cupboard above measure the space before you buy although this is not very tall.
The neck swivels easily and the taps are a doddle to use because they have levers so even if you have dirty hands you can use your arm to turn on. very silky operation and only needs a quarter turn or push!
Fantastic if you have arthritis or poor hand grip as you only need to push and pull them. No gripping needed.
Look nice and well made with a reasonable price tag!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by creamcrackered Excellent value mono mixer tap
My wife loves this mono mixer tap she finds it very easy and smooth to operate, as the previous tap which was at least 25 years old was getting very stiff and the tap handles on it were not as long as this new one. A couple of things to note about fitting this tap as it comes with the flexible pipes, if you are fitting it to 15mm copper pipe that has a compression fitting you need to buy a couple of new nipples (71087) as my old tap had 10mm copper tails with wrong adapter for these flexi pipes. the other thing I had to do was change the inserts over as our personal preference was to have the handles down & back for the off position, they were quite tight to undo, a good 17mm spanner is needed and a knock with a hammer, also a pair of gripes around the base with a thick cloth, to stop it turning, it is easier if there are two of you but I did manage it by myself.
I haven't given many stars for reliability as it has only been on 5 days, otherwise so far I am very happy with my purchase.
