Gripfill Solvent-Free White 350ml
cracks within days
I used this to fill the gap between my new skirting board and wall. Unfortunately after just one day it has so many cracks in it I'll now need to go over it all again with another filler. Definitely not recommended!

What a waste of time this stuff is. No grip ability at all! Imagine trying to fix your skirtings with Polyfilla - negligible adhesion and just as brittle.
I chose this because the solvent version skins over too quickly - this doesn't but it has next to zero grip!
I'm now using Dow's Insta Stik - a lot more expensive and you have to take a lot more care in applying and cleaning but it does at least work!

not so good ....
It can dry hard and brittle; it shrinks and cracks. No flexibility at all. Otherwise it does the job just fine (e.g. behind a panel not exposed to cold etc etc)

I used this to fix a door frame that was loose and moving slightly. It seems to have made a solid join. It's too early to tell how long it will last but this product is manufactured by Evo-stick so I'm reasonably confident that the repair will be permanent. It was a much easier solution to the problem than other options I considered.
I like to use any product that is solvent free because (1) it is good for the environment and (2) it is easy to clean off excess with a damp microfibre cloth.
